About
We build one thing, and we build it for agencies.
AgentLane is a white-label AI receptionist that UK & Ireland marketing agencies resell under their own brand. One product, one audience, no second act.
Every agency that builds websites and runs ads for local businesses ends up having the same conversation. The traffic is fine. The bookings are not. Somewhere between a phone ringing at six in the evening and somebody calling back on Tuesday, the work the client is already paying for leaks away — and the agency gets asked why.
AgentLane closes that gap without the agency having to become an automation shop. We run the infrastructure: one isolated n8n instance per partner, hosted in the EU, wired to the tools the business already uses. The agency keeps the client relationship, the branding and the margin. The end client never sees our name, because there is nothing to see — the agent answers as their business, from their number, in their words.
That is the entire company. There is no self-serve tier and no plan to sell directly to the clinics, practices and trades our partners serve. An infrastructure supplier that competes with the people reselling it does not stay an infrastructure supplier for long.

How we work
01
Invisible by default
The agent answers as your client's business, from your client's number. Our name appears on your invoice and nowhere else — not in the SMS, not in the voice, not in the reports you forward on.
02
One instance per partner
Every agency gets its own isolated n8n instance rather than a tenant in a shared workspace. Your workflows, credentials and client data are not sitting alongside another agency's.
03
Scoped, not configured
An agent is constrained to an approved price list, service menu and set of opening hours. It cannot invent a price or book outside availability, and anything it is unsure of goes to a human by SMS rather than being guessed at.
04
Nothing to escape from
Thirty days' notice, no minimum term, no per-seat ratchet. If a pilot does not earn its place with your client in the first month, that is a useful answer and you should be able to act on it.
What it runs on
Deliberately unexotic. n8n orchestrates, Claude handles the language, Twilio carries the calls and messages, Cal.com owns the calendar, and Supabase stores conversations in the EU for twelve months before purging them automatically. We connect to what a business already runs rather than asking it to migrate — and we are a GDPR-registered processor, registered with the UK ICO.
What we don't claim
You will not find client names, testimonials or case-study numbers anywhere on this site. We do not have any cleared for publication yet, and inventing them is not a trade we are willing to make. Every figure here — the ROI slider, the demo workflow, the clinic in the live scenario — is an illustrative design target or a named example, never a measured client outcome. When there are results a partner is happy to put their name to, they will appear here with their name on them.
Bring one client.
The fastest way to judge any of this is to walk a single client's call flow with us. Fifteen minutes, no deck, and an honest answer about whether it is a fit.
