AgentLane is a B2B2C AI-agent-as-a-service platform: marketing and automation agencies (Partners) resell AI-driven workflows — missed-call textback, AI receptionists, lead qualification, review requests — to their own end-customers (Clients), without either side touching the underlying workflow engine directly.

Conventions used in these docs

  • Routes are written relative to the Portal, e.g. /dashboard/clients means https://portal.agentlane.example/dashboard/clients.
  • ADMIN, PARTNER, and CLIENT refer to the platform-level Role enum — see The three-tier role model. Within PARTNER, a separate agency permission (admin vs moderator) controls what a specific team member can do inside their own agency — see Authentication & Security for the distinction.
