AgentLane

Founding Partner Pilot

Resell a missed-call text-back agent to three of your clients. We set it up.

A 90-day pilot for agencies. When one of your clients misses a call, the agent texts the caller back, qualifies the enquiry and tells the owner when a slot is booked or a person is needed, under the client's name. You set the retail price.

The pilot

$397 a month for 90 days

Covers the platform and up to three of your clients. No setup fee: AgentLane staff set everything up. Invoiced monthly; cancel by email, effective at the end of the billing period.

After day 90 the pilot moves to a platform plan at list price: Professional at $449 a month with three clients included and $79 for each one after, or Launch at $149 a month plus $99 per client.

See one missed call become a booked site visit

A 71-second simulated run for a construction client: the missed call, the text-back, the AI qualification and the lead record, all under the agency's brand.

71 s

Simulated run with a fictional client; timings are illustrative. Narration and captions are in English.

How it works

  1. 01

    We set it up

Our staff configure each client's number, opening hours, services and calendar, then run a kickoff call with you.

  2. 02

    Your client misses a call

The agent texts the caller back automatically. Its first message says it is the business's AI assistant.

  3. 03

The agent qualifies and hands over

It asks two or three questions, offers a slot from the client's Cal.com calendar or takes a callback request. The owner hears about every booking and every enquiry that needs a person.

What the pilot includes

  • Missed-call text-back for up to three of your clients
  • Text replies that qualify the enquiry and offer a booking slot or a callback
  • An owner alert for every booking and every enquiry that needs a person
  • A Monday performance brief by email to each client's portal login
  • Setup by AgentLane staff, and a kickoff call with you

What it does not do

  • No voice. The pilot works over text; calls are not answered by AI.
  • Booking goes live for each client after we test it on that client's number. Until then the agent takes callback requests.
  • Numbers come from your own Twilio account. In the US, A2P 10DLC registration takes one to three weeks and starts at kickoff.
  • We publish no client results yet. The targets we agree on the call are targets, not benchmarks.

What three clients could leave you

You bill your clients; we bill you $397 a month for the three during the pilot.

Where it runs

  • Hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. AI runs on Google Vertex AI's global endpoint, which is not pinned to the EU.
  • STOP and START are honoured on every number.
  • Our data processing agreement is a draft under counsel review. The sub-processor list is on the Trust page.

Questions agencies ask

Who owns the phone numbers?
You do. They are on your own Twilio account, and stay there if you stop.
What happens after 90 days?
You move to Professional or Launch at list price, or stop by email, effective at the end of the billing period.
Is voice included?
No. A voice add-on exists at $69 a month per client with 300 minutes included, billed on your invoice. It is not part of the pilot.
Can my clients see AgentLane?
The texts go out under the client's business name. The Monday brief is sent from an AgentLane address, contact@agentlane.agency, with the client's name as the sender.
