Who each one is for
Synthflow
Synthflow's pricing page says it is built for mid-market and enterprise teams deploying AI voice agents for customer calls.
AgentLane
Marketing agencies reselling an agent to local home-services businesses, one client at a time, at a published per-client price.
| Topic | Synthflow | AgentLane |
|---|---|---|
| Published price | No price is published. Every new deployment starts on an annual Enterprise contract, scoped to call volume, concurrency, telephony and integrations. No free plan or trial, and no per-minute rate. |
|
| Agency plan | None. New customers buy one enterprise contract. | Built for agencies: one platform fee plus a fee per client you serve. |
| White-label | BPOs and software platforms can add white-label in the enterprise contract. | Your client's portal carries your agency's name, logo and colours. |
| Channel | AI voice agents for customer calls. | Text first: missed-call text-back, qualifying, and a callback or, where booking is switched on for the client, a booking slot over SMS. A voice add-on is in controlled deployment: $69/mo per voice-enabled agent-client, 300 min included, $0.20/min after. |
| Commitment | An annual agreement. | Launch, Professional and Scale have no minimum term. Enterprise is an annual contract. |
| Setup | Scoped on a call: volume, telephony, integrations, security needs and launch support. | AgentLane staff set up each client's agent. |
Where Synthflow is the better fit
- Voice is the product: you need AI agents answering and handling calls at volume, today.
- You are a mid-market or enterprise team, a BPO or a software platform, and an annual contract scoped to your call volume suits you.
- You need concurrency planning, security review and launch support written into one contract.
Where AgentLane fits
- Done-for-you agents: AgentLane staff set up each client's agent, and your client's portal carries your agency's name, logo and colours.
- Execution allowances on Launch, Professional and Scale are hard-capped with no overage charges, so one busy client cannot run up your bill.
- Per-client pricing you can resell: one platform fee plus a fee per agent-client, and you set your own retail price.
- Finished work for home-services clients over text: a missed call gets a text back that qualifies the enquiry, offers a callback or, where booking is switched on for that client, a booking slot, and alerts the owner.
- No minimum term on Launch, Professional and Scale: cancel at the end of any billing period. Hosted in Frankfurt, Germany.
Where AgentLane is weaker
- Voice is in controlled deployment. The voice add-on exists, but each client's call flow is tested before it goes live. If AI phone answering is the core of what you sell, AgentLane is not there yet.
- No CRM, funnels or campaign tools. AgentLane is the agent layer, not an all-in-one platform.
- No website chat widget for your clients' sites today.
- Text messages go out from your own Twilio account. In the US, A2P 10DLC registration usually takes one to three weeks before the first text.
- No free tier and no trial.
- We publish no client results yet.
Try it on three clients first
The Founding Partner Pilot is $397 a month for 90 days, for up to three of your clients, set up by AgentLane staff, with no setup fee. It works over text; voice is not part of the pilot.
